- What type of payment do you accept?
- We accept bank wires, certified checks, personal checks and cash.
- How fast do I need to pay for my trade?
- Payment must be mailed (or a bank wire initiated) within 24 hours of trade confirmation.
- How do I confirm a trade?
- A trade is considered “confirmed” when you receive a confirmation number from us. At the time of confirmation the product, price and quantity will be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. “Confirmation” of trades may be communicated via phone, e-mail or in person. Once “confirmed” the trade is binding for both parties.
- When do you ship?
- Products purchased with a bank wire are normally shipped within 3 business days. Products paid with certified checks or a personal check will be held 10 business days from the time we receive payment.
- How do you ship?
- Product is delivered registered and insured via the US Mail.
- Is a deposit required?
- Most of the specials and individual coins offered on our website can be purchased without a deposit. On large bullion trades, a deposit of 20% maybe required prior to confirming a price.
