Our experience and market presence allow us the opportunity to offer great coins at good prices. Whether you have coins for sale or are looking to add to your collection, ARCC will make every effort to assist you in an honest and professional manner.

ARCC is proud to offer the following services to a local and national audience:

• Coin Appraisals/Offers
  We are always happy to make offers as to what we will pay for individual coins or collections. With most PCGS or NGC certified coins, we can usually make an offer without seeing the coins. Others we may need to see. Please feel free to call and get pricing information.

Formal appraisals are also available.  If you require a written appraisal of a collection we will be happy to assist you.   

We can appraise your collection based on the price we would currently pay for each item, or the approximate replacement cost of each item. 

Our appraisal fees are as follows: 

$125 per hour at our offices.  We’re conveniently located in Bloomington, Downtown St. Paul, and White Bear Lake.  If you wish, we can easily assist in moving the collection from your car to our office.  In St. Paul we offer free secure indoor parking when having an appraisal done. 

$150 per hour at your bank, home or office.  Due to scheduling, or other reasons, we do reserve the right to decline appointments.  While we’re happy to travel to your location, we do charge travel time.  On these appointments we will be ready to purchase any material you may choose to sell at that time.  Purchases will be in the form of company check-we carry no cash. 

We will refund one-half of the appraisal fee if you sell us the collection within 30-days.  Bullion items will be adjusted to current market levels.

• Liquid 2-Way Markets
  ARCC is happy to provide both buy prices and sell prices on most US gold and silver products. Please review our web site for current pricing information.
• Coin Certification
  We are a direct submission center for both PCGS and NGC. We can submit your coins to either of these services. If you would like our opinion as to how the coins will likely grade, we can pre-screen the coins prior to submission. We have frequent packages going to both services, so your coins will receive the quickest possible turnaround.
• Want List Services
  We will be happy to actively pursue individual coins you are looking for. Our continual market presence allows us to obtain virtually any US coin. If we can’t find it, it probably doesn’t exist in the wholesale market.
• IRA's Available
  Individuals are currently allowed to hold most gold and silver products in a qualified IRA account. Specific procedures must be followed. We will be happy to assist individuals with this process. Please ask for details.
• Confidentiality
  All transactions are held in the strictest confidence.
