Named after it's designer Charles E. Barber, the Barber series
was introduced in 1892 and used until 1916. The Barber design was
used on all dimes, quarters, and half dollars of that era.
In the Barber series, while many dates/mintmarks are common, there are
numerous "better dates". While purchasing, we will review the
dates for you. All coins from the Barber Series are worth
significant premiums over their silver value.
If you have any Seated Liberty or Barber coins for sale, we would be
happy to purchase them from you. If you are a collector of this
material, we are happy to offer this same material for sale at slightly
higher prices.

The Seated Liberty series was introduced in 1837.
The design was used on all silver coinage from teh half-dime through
the silver dollar. The Seated Liberty design was used until
1891.
Each of these coins should be
examined individually. All the Seated Liberty coins are worth
significant premiums over their silver value. Especially
higher grade coins should be examined by a numismatic professional.
While purchasing, we will review the dates for you.
