Our offices are conveniently located at the intersection of American Boulevard and Xerxes Avenue South. The Wells Fargo Plaza is located between France Avenue and Penn Avenue. The building is a 24-story tower with a round top, making it easy to spot.

494 Eastbound:
Take I-494 East. Exit at France Avenue. Turn right on France Ave. (South) and immediately get in the left lane. Turn left on American Boulevard and follow it East through 2 stoplights. Turn left into our parking lot. If you reach the stoplight at Xerxes you went 1/2 block too far. The Wells Fargo Plaza is the tall white building on your left hand side with a black circular top that looks like a rotating restaurant.

494 Westbound:
Take I-494 West. Exit at Penn Avenue. Turn left on Penn Avenue (south) and follow it to the stoplight at American Boulevard (formerly West 80th Street). Turn right on American Boulevard and go 1/2 mile through the stop light at Xerxes Ave. The next right hand turn is into our parking lot. The Wells Fargo Plaza is the tall white building on your right hand side with a black circular top that looks like a rotating restaurant.

35W Northbound:
Follow I-35W North and exit on 82nd Street. Turn left at the top of the ramp. The road comes to a "T" at Penn Ave. Turn right (north) on Penn Ave. Turn left at the first stop light which is American Boulevard. Go 1/2 mile through the stop light at Xerxes Ave. The next right hand turn is into our parking lot. 35 W Southbound:
Follow I-35W South and exit 494 West. Exit at Penn Avenue. Turn left on Penn Avenue (south) and follow it to the stoplight at American Boulevard (formerly West 80th Street).
